Includes:
Client health history, pre-treatment movement screening, lower body, upper body, head, and neck treatment.

follow up treatment option 1
60 MINUTES
Includes:
Treatment of the full body. Generally, clients will receive treatment on the lower body, upper body, as well as head and neck in this session.

follow up treatment option 2
30 MINUTES
Includes:
Treatment of a specific area of the body. Typically a section of the body gets treatment (lower body OR upper body ONLY).

Personalized
Following the initial assessment, each session in the future will consist of personalized and specific treatment. Each session is individualized to the clients needs and goals.

Targeted
FST™ treatment is able to be targeted to a specific area of the body, but can also be used to release the body as a whole. This depends on the client needs and wants.

Integrative
FST™ sessions include a feel good stretch, home care with stretches and exercise prescription, and answers to any burning questions that you may have.
